Regina Reale

For the past 11 years, Ms. Reale has specialized in small to mid-market corporate finance and executive management, with a focus in healthcare services. Ms. Reale began her post-MBA career with GE Capital’s Equity Investments Group where, as a Vice President, she led the analysis and execution of minority equity investments in privately held, growth-stage companies. Ms. Reale was also the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Comprehensive Neuroscience, a $100 million privately-held pharmaceutical services and clinical data analytics company.
Ms. Reale has broad mid-market experience in areas that include private equity transactions, debt financing, portfolio management, board oversight, corporate strategic planning and financial management, and turnarounds and restructurings.
Ms. Reale earned her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University.
